Indoor Championships

Congratulations to Daphney Adebayo on winning the U15G Shot Put Gold Medal at the England Indoor Track and Field Championships at the EIS on 24th and 25th February. Daphney also finished 6th in the Long Jump with a new personal best jump of 5.23m. In the U17 Men’s 400m Isaac Rushworth won the Silver Medal with a personal best time of 49.45 and in her first Championships as a Under 20 Hannah Molyneaux won the Bronze Medal in the Shot Put with a throw of 13.09m.

In the U20W 60m Hurdles Final Georgia Hollis-Lawrence finished 5th with a new personal best time and in the U15 Girl’s Final Elle Hinchliffe also finished 5th.

In the Under 20 High Jump Kaya Walker finished 5th and Anabel Bagley 10th.

In the Pole vault Joshua Lindley-Harris finished 7th in the U20M and Will Lane finished 7th in the U15B.

Having both moved up an age group Sade Kaka (200m) and Oliver Bolland (400m) both ran well in their U17 heats. In the Under 15 60m heats Tilly Mycroft got a new pb as did Brandon Hall who got a pb in both his heat and the semi but this was not quite enough for either of them to make the final.
